We build on a cost plus model, this keeps the building, design and construction process transparent and collaborative. We don't like mysteries, suprises and misunderstandings! We find our clients don't either. Now, sometimes construction, mother nature and permitting present a few. We avoid all the suprises we can! We share all costs with our clients. We talk through design ideas, their impact on the time line and project costs, then try to make the best choices together. Aurum works on a flat fee basis per project.

We build custom homes. Bring us your design or we will help you create one with our architect and engineering partners.
We do larger renovations and additions. We can incorporate interior design services and pair you with the right architect for your project.
We do ground up commerical and industrial projects. Most of our projects are for companies that want us to handle the entire process; design documents, permitting, zoning changes (if needed) and general contracting of the project. We build nationwide and can do projects in multiple locations.

THE BUILDING PROCESS
step 1. discussion
A discussion about your project starts with the desired function, cost and out come for the project. We collaborate to offer you our best guidance in creating the project you want. Hopefully, we establish that we are the right fit for you during this phase and can be a great partner for job.
step 2. brief & design
A preliminary set of design documents are created to attain trade proposals and material costs for the project. When all elements of the project are agreed upon and the permits are obtained, on to the construction process!
step 3. Construction
During the construction of the project, updated schedules and cost reports are generated for our Owner. Some Owners like to come out often during the construction phase, and some just want the keys when we're finished! You decide how involved you want to be and we will do the rest! We will provide the supervision and expertise you need in making the project wonderful.
