Aurum grew out of 30 years of commercial construction experience serving clients across the country for their project needs. Our unique approach to being an "all inclusive" construction and design company started before the trend 20 years ago. From a family owned business building for our own real estate ownership needs, we began to serve clients the way we wanted to be served. We wanted to know our options, we wanted to know the most cost effective designs and materials to use, and soon, other companies started to hire us for our "up front" approach to cost savings and our desire to understand the functions their business needed their buidling to serve. We built for Owners over and over, for a period of years, as they took us from project to project. We began to fill their "in house construction department" role within their organization.
Our residential work grew out of our commercial clients asking us to come "help" them with their personal home needs. Janene, our owner, came from an artistic, interior design background and loved taking on the more creative home projects that began to be thrown her way. Now, Aurum Construction has a history of industiral to commercial, retail to residential projects that span over 30 years.
